Refund & Returns Policy
At Gingercrush most of the products are custom made for you. As soon as we receive your order, we start working to ensure a timely delivery.

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Gingercrush for inspection before a determination can be made on the state of error in the product.
We provide free replacement for such items.
For any customized product if cancellation is received within an hour of placing the order refund will be initiated. Funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds)
For any cancellation received after the above mentioned time period will fall under the account credit policy. You will receive a credit note in your mail or on the phone number provided with 24-48 hours which you can use in your next purchase.
CANCELATION OF ORDER:
As almost of the products are personalised or customised as per your requirement, the order can be cancelled only when in the stages of pre-production. It cannot be cancelled when in production and shipping stages.
Please note in case of caricatures if you wish to cancel the order it has to be done within an hour of placing your order, as once the artist starts work on the same, it is not possible to cancel or refund the order. Please call us on 09722025555 to cancel your order for caricatures from 10am to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday) 10am to 1pm (on Saturdays).
Face Masks and Face Shields: For health and safety reasons, all face mask sales are final and are not returnable or exchangeable.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?
Gingercrush will provide a pickup in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by our representative to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Gingercrush reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
