Can you guarantee the colors of design as shown on the products on your website?

Gingercrush takes pride in its latest Printing Technology and Quality Check Department. Colors are matched to perfection for the final product, however, there may be a little variation in what you see on screen and the actual product, as the images on web are optimized for better viewing experience.

Can Gingercrush help me create a design according to my requirement?

Yes, you can get your own design created by our designer for your order. An extra charge will be applicable for the same. Once you share the idea of a design, we shall quote you estimated time to create the design alongwith the chargeable amount. Cancellation & Returns

How can I Return or Exchange a Gingercrush product?

In order to request a Return or Exchange; 'Contact Us' with your query on your Return/ Exchange. We will soon arrange for either a refund or exchange based on our Cancellations & Returns policy.

Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange will be accepted only if there is size issue, printing error or if product received by you is damaged or incorrect. 2. We accept returns for only un-used & un-customized products. 3. Returns are acceptable if made within 3 days of receiving the order. 4. Product should be in the same condition that you have received it. 5. Product should be returned with its Invoice & original packaging. 6. For size issues, you need to courier the product at the address mentioned on website. 7. Pick up for your return will be generated only if (a) you receive an incorrect product (b) you receive items in damaged condition, as validated of being defective by a Gingercrush expert or (c) you receive product with printing error. P.S: A refund will be processed via credit note.

Payments

How can I pay for my order on Gingercrush?

You can pay for your order through Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/ Net Banking of all major banks. Note: Personal cheques/ DD/ cash/ Money orders or any other payments by regular, posted mail are not accepted by Gingercrush.

Do I have a COD option for payment?

COD is currently not available at Gingercrush.

How do I pay using a credit/ debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/ debit cards issued in India. For Credit cards: We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Card & American Express credit cards. You will need your card number, expiry date and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card) to pay using your credit card at checkout. After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's secure page for entering the online 3D Secure password to complete the payment. For Debit cards: We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Card & American Express debit cards. You will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards) and three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) to pay using your debit card at checkout. After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

What is a 3D Secure password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively. The 3D Secure password acts as an additional layer of security for your online credit/ debit card transactions through identity verification. This password is created by you & shall be known only to you; thus ensuring that only you can use your card for online purchases.

How can I get the 3D Secure password for my credit/debit card?

You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/ debit card by visiting the bank's website.

Can I use Internet Banking feature to make payment on Gingercrush?

You can use your bank's Internet Banking service to make payment towards your order on Gingercrush. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction. We accept payment through Internet Banking for all major banks of India.

Are my credit/debit card details & payment transactions safe on Gingercrush?

All your card details & payment transactions are 100% secure at Gingercrush. The secure server software (SSL) we use encrypts all payment information you input before it is sent to us; hence your data arrives privately and unaltered to our server and no one can gain access to your personal information provided by you.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience. Send us a query mail directly from "Contact Us" section mentioning your transaction details and we will look into it immediately or call us on +91 9722025555.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order on Gingercrush?

Click on ‘Order Status' from the footer of the website & enter your Order number & Email address. You will be able to view the current shipping status of that order.

Does Gingercrush deliver to my area?

Yes, we try to service every order through our preferred courier partners and Indian post. However, in case of Legal restrictions or natural calamities, if any, there may be a delay in shipping a particular product to your location.

Q Does Gingercrush deliver Internationally?

At present, Gingercrush can deliver its products across the following countries: Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Finland, Greece, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, USA and UK. For delivery in other countries, you can request a quotation from us by emailing on reachus@gingercrush.com.

In how many days will I receive my ordered Product?

Usually, Gingercrush delivers every ordered product within 5-10 working days.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y working business days?

It is possible that our courier partners might have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

I think I gave wrong/ incomplete shipping address while ordering. How can I change it?

What if the package I receive is open/ torn/ damaged at the time of its Delivery?

A If you see your package open, torn or damaged at the time of delivery, than please do not accept it. Return it back to the delivery person and report this concern immediately by contacting our Customer Support executive on: reachus@gingercrush.com or +91 9722025555.

Are my products insured during shipping process?

All your ordered products are insured against theft and damage during the shipping process.

Will someone come to pick my product in case of a Return?

Do I have to pay for customs and import taxes?

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something you bought on Gingercrush because: • Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item, and not included in the overall shipping costs you pay to Gingercrush. • When shopping on Gingercrush, you are buying from sellers worldwide at times. That’s why sometimes you will be asked to pay customs duty. The taxes may depend on where your order was sent from, the type of items you bought, their value and the weight of the package. Different countries may have different tax policies regarding specific products. Please note: Customs duties and taxes are never covered by Gingercrush.
